Truliant Federal Credit Union is a financial institution offering a wide range of banking services like savings, loans, and mortgages, emphasizing personalized service, innovation, and community support, helping its members achieve financial wellness through accessible banking services. I partnered with their team to refresh their social media presence and bring greater consistency and clarity to their digital content.
Over the course of our engagement, I developed a cohesive visual system for Truliant’s social channels to reflect their brand more confidently online. I also assisted in the rollout of ongoing content, ensuring every post felt aligned, on-brand, and built for engagement. The result was a sharper, more recognizable presence across platforms—resulting in a 23% increase in overall engagment.
The redesign focused on driving real engagement by making every post more eye-catching and interactive. Working closely with strategy, I introduced motion graphics and refreshed visual treatments that encouraged clicks, shares, and conversations. Within a month, organic engagement jumped 23%, with newly designed content regularly outperforming traditional photo posts, proving that thoughtful design can meaningfully deepen audience connection.
A key highlight was the Hispanic Outreach Campaign, designed to build awareness and trust within the Hispanic community. By collaborating with strategy, we crafted tailored creative that resonated deeply, achieving 4.7k link clicks—more than double the benchmark—and 59k total engagements, with an impressive 4% engagement rate on nearly 1.5 million impressions. This campaign proved the power of design aligned with cultural insight.
